IEI has committed an extraordinary amount of resources to service and support our most valued dealers. Our exclusive Platinum Dealer Program is specifically focused on developing long term and mutually beneficial relationships with these customers. To that end, the program offers:
- A dedicated Technical Support Hotline, with dramatically reduced wait times.
- End-User Sales Literature offered in both Direct Mail and brochure formats, allowing efficient and productive co-marketing efforts.
- End-User Sales Leads, provided from IEI’s extensive Marketing and Trade Show Database, will provide our partners with incremental sales opportunities that are mutually beneficial.
- Platinum Dealers will receive specialized IEI product and Sales training in the form of on-site training in your facility, exclusive IEI factory training, and privately scheduled IEI webinars. CEU Credits are available in some instances.
- Platinum Product Notification/Beta Testing will insure that existing Platinum dealers will receive early notification of new product releases and will have first opportunity to become a Beta Testing site.
- Future Platinum Dealer Program added benefits and features will include a Frequent Buyer Program, Co-op Marketing Programs, Leasing Options, customized Platinum Electronic Access Control (EAC) software, access to password controlled IEI Website information fields, and specialized network training. These are under consideration over the next 18 to 24 months.
