Subject: “Invalid Parameters” error appears when saving an Access Level
Explanation:
This error occurs after a new software installation using the Hub Manager Professional v 7.4.7 CD packaged with various Secured Series access systems shipped during November 2007.
Correction:
The error is easily fixed in the field using IEI’s free i-Update service. All that is needed is an internet connection to update any Hub Manager Professional software installation to the latest release. This service is available to IEI dealers 24/7.
To access i-Update from the software click Help/Check for updates.
![]() Then, from the i-Update box click START. Follow the instructions to complete the update. Upon finish you will need to re-launch the application. No data will be lost in this process.
