Dealers who qualify to become eMerge Certified can attend a two-day training program at the company’s Canton, MA headquarters outside of Generate eMerge Proposals using eQuote on IEI Customer Website eMerge Certified Dealers can now take advantage of a customized quote tool on IEI’s secure customer website. The site, designed exclusively for eMerge Certified Dealers, was developed to provide tools, technical information and training material to IEI’s base of certified dealers. It is one of the value-added services dealers receive when making a commitment to carry the eMerge product line. Copies of an eMerge price addendum were recently mailed to IEI key contacts. The new price list contains information and pricing on a number of product and service changes such as new Video Management System (VMS), Identify Management System (IMS) options and Professional Services offering. Now available, Service Pack 3 for eMerge contains a number of new features to enhance reliability and performance of the system. Among the enhancements:
